Q: What can I expect from Balloon Field Architectural Services Limited

A: By engaging us you can expect to receive a high level of professional service, but without the price tag. As we are a small family practice, we dont have the large overheads that the larger practices have. By being small we can tailor or service to what you want, not what we want you to have....

Q: Will I require Planning Consent

A: Planning Consent can play a major part in the construction, however, some parts of a scheme do not require consent. If in doubt, we are pleased to help you ascertain whether you need permission or not. If you prefer a more hands on approach yourself, may we suggest that you visit the planning portal website which will take you hand in hand through the process and allow you to determine whether you will need permission.

Q: What are Building Regulations

A: Whether you require Planning Permission or not, there is a very high chance that you will need to comply with Building Control Permissions. These are a set of guidelines laid down by the government on safe ways to conduct your building deisgn. They govern the size of timbers in your foor, the number of fire exits and means of access for disabled people to name but a few.

Balloon Field liaise with a specialist form that can process your application for you and submit it to your local authority and thus can obtain you permission quicker and sometime cheaper than the local authority themselves. Please contact us if you require this service and we can put you in touch with them.

Q: I alraedy have a design, will Balloon Field just draw and print my plans for me?

A: We are happy to just act as a draughting service if that is your wish. You can just provide the designs and we will draw htem up to your requirements. Rest assured we will not interefere with your designs, however we do reserve the right to offer you advice on them should there be an obvious omission or technically that needs to be brought to your attention

Q: Do Balloon Field offer an all inclusive package?

A: Yes and No. We provide what you need. If you want us to do a part service we can do that , like wise should you require us to provide you with a "one stop solution" we can provide that too. Call us for a quotation today.
